Port of Subs is one such company that can benefit a great deal from the implementation of an ERP to streamline its business processes as it continues to expand its brand outward. If there is something that needs to be added to the ERP no matter how late in the development process then this process will allow for it because of its shorter planning cycles. This allows Port of Subs to introduce a new feature that may provide a competitive advantage at almost any time during implementation. When beginning a project of this size and scope, the end goals may not be fully realized. Agile compensates for this and can easily adapt to evolving requirements. Agile offers a fast but very high-quality delivery. It can do this by breaking down the project into manageable units that are constantly tested for bugs ensuring the end product has fewer issues. Agile requires a strong team interaction, not just from the software development team but also from corporate, store owners, and even customers. This feedback invests everyone in the project and allows for a smoother transition to the new
