PER REPORTER: Christy said Tyler was out of school for eleven days and was reported to the truancy officer (Ms. Wilder). Christy said she was informed by Ms. Wilder to report the following allegations to CPS. Christy said Ms. Wilder told her when she spoke with Tyler’s mother (Mary) she sounded disoriented as is she was possibly on something. Christy said Ms. Wilder also told her she was going to try to get Judge Broom to order for Mary to take a drug test. Christy said she was told Judge Broom does not want Tyler to leave the school with his mother because he was sending CPS after the child. Johnson was trying to inform Mary about Tyler possibly having to retain the third grade if he does not pass his reading test. However, Christy said Ms. Johnson could not get in touch with Mary. Christy mentioned that one day when Mary came to the school to check Tyler in the sectary told her to wait because Ms. Johnson wanted to speak with her. Christy said she was told Mary reported not being able to talk to Ms. Johnson because she had not taken her medication and then she ran out of the building. It is unknown as to what type of medication Mary takes or if they were prescribed to her. It is also unknown if Tyler has ever been harmed as a result of his mother possibly being under the influence of something while around him. Christy said Tyler told Ms. Johnson his mother takes four or five different pills a day. Christy said Mary met with her and the school principal (Ms. Nichols) yesterday and stated the reason Tyler had missed school was due to them having several deaths in their family. Christy said Mary told her and Angela she and Tyler were in Arkansas. Christy said Mary was informed of being unable to withdraw Tyler over the phone, but she said Mary claims she was not trying to withdraw the child from
