Background
First Choice (Pty) Ltd is a small and medium size enterprise coming with a new way of building houses that are energy efficient in order to reduce carbon footprint and get market share on global warming conscious clients.
Goals
First Choice (Pty) Ltd will be designing and building a modern energy star certified 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms house. The final goal is to complete the project on the stated time duration, within budget and finally be able to make a profit.
