Every year several million animals die due to animal testing in for medical, psychological, and products research. Moreover, animal testing is something that shouldn’t be continued and for it is completely wrong and cruel. Animal testing started in the late 300’s BC. Aristotle and Erasistratus performed many experiments that involved living animals. Similarly, Galen, a greek physician, conducted animals research to explore the field of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Animal Testing has been a very controversial topic for decades. Throughout history, animal testing has played a major role in leading to many new medicines and discoveries. Most of the world participates in these experiments, with the aims of achieving the most modern technologies. Animal testing needs to be continued to advance our science and medicines, and to continue to save millions of lives.

Animal testing has been essential for a long time and will continue to be that way. Therefore, animal testing can help make discoveries that will overall help mankind.
With animal testing, it has hindered the focus of bettering the alternatives that are already out there, but it cannot rise to the surface of normality since animal testing is all that people want to believe is available. Is the amount of money, false results, and pain that an animal endures during testing worth it? When will we stop trying to re-create the past and try to move on to the newer and better alternatives that are available. We must try to use these newer medical advances, alternative research choices and find other resources to use—they are out there, we just have not given it our full attention.
