My argumentative essay is on why trumps immigration rules are unconstitutional. The author's name is Corey Brettschneider, this article called Politico was published on February 1, 2017. “Total and complete shutdown”. Words from president Donald trump. President trump wants a complete shutdown on Muslims entering the United States. This law is violating human rights and a couple of our constitutional amendments. That is seven countries total that trump has ordered to ban from entering the United States. Millions disagree with President Donald Trump's order. Federal courts have already gone against the order. A judge in California named Dolly m. Gee ordered that Ali khoshbakhti Vayeghan be returned back to the United States because that violated the 14th amendment of the constitution. Ali was deported from LAX to Dubai and a route to Iran. Another judge from new York Ann M. Donnelly blocked the ban. Nothing seriously has been done to strike back. The government hasn't really done anything they are disapproving our conditional rights. The government can't judge someone by their race, ethnicity and religion. (Paragraph) two federal judges from honolulu hawaii and maryland have both put on a lawsuit against Trumps Muslim ban. Derrick K. Watson and Theodore D. chuang are the two federal judges who are going against the new travel ban with Muslims.
This Muslim ban could cause a huge recruitment for the power group ISIS. this new order is only causing anger. This is exactly what ISIS wants president trump is ISIS tool and expanding their army. One huge problem with this is Iraq. the Iraqi people are banned on entering the united states. Iraq is our biggest ally against ISIS. there are over 5,000 us personnel troops in Iraqi soil. The us troops are backing up the Iraqi army from the terrorist. Leaders of Iraq are discussing a ban on united state citizens on entering their country. A leader also was saying about banning united states troops out as well.
