because all three cannot be put everywhere. Wind powers' pros are that it is becoming cheaper and that it does not pollute the earth in any way (12). Some cons are that the turbines are noisy and many people do not like the way they look (12). Some of solar powers' pros are that energy from the sun is everywhere on the earth and the equipment makes no noise unlike some other options (11). Some of the cons consist of the fact that the energy from the sun cannot be gathered at night and toxic chemicals are formed during manufacturing (11). If a national organization that all countries supported then it would make sure all countries were doing their part to guarantee that fossil fuel use was being reduced and that renewable resources were being used in their place (16). Doing this alone could possibly change the world that we know today. Dr. Tripunoski also suggests that schools be set up to educate children at a young age about global warming and the effect it has on the earth (16). Many adults currently do not know anything about global warming and the effects of it. If schools thoroughly taught global warming at a young age they could possibly go home and inform their parents about the effects of global warming. By doing this we would educate two generations about global warming at the same time. It would also teach the children the importance of each species in their ecosystems. If this was put into place then for generations to come, the earth would be a cleaner and healthier place to live. We have to start somewhere and this would definitely be a good building block by starting with the children that will be effected the most by global warming in the future if we do not change our
