Many states such as California, Colorado, Nevada, and Maine, etc. had legalized this drug for recreational use, which this means is that any person who can prove that is 21 years old may be able to buy this drug legally, that plain and simple. Regardless what people say about the benefits of marijuana the fact is cannabis is a drug so dangerous for people health and for that reason should be banned.
