Within the Paris Peace conference, delegates participated in negotiation and discussion through an African gathering practice, Indaba, to achieve consensus and encourage the sharing of nation’s concerns, aims and ideas. Within indaba every leaders get an equal chance to state their claims and agenda. This posed an effective inclusive method of communication and equal sharing of ideas by all nations present at the summit, to ensure all nations’ wants were being heard, in strive to work towards a consensus. Alongside the large conference, bi‐lateral meetings were held by attending countries to to deepen relations and alliances to promote cooperation practically and effectively to work towards future development and achievement of global goals as unions rather than individual forces. Thus the Paris Peace Conference was successful through it`s methods of negotiation and compromise as well as the establishment of several bi‐lateral relationships and alliances to further work towards the success of such global goal.

By December 1941, after great controversy between the isolationists and interventionists of America, the United States made the decision to enter the second world war. Prior to America joining the war, the conflict had stayed between the Axis powers and the Allies, excluding the United States. The rise of the Nazi Party along with the idea of a totalitarian rule is what ultimately led to the conflict between the Axis and Allied powers.

First coined by President Eisenhower in 1961, the term Military Industrial Complex represents the privatized weapons industry in the United States. Also in his 1961 speech, Eisenhower warned against the corruption and dangers of the system. One of these dangers is lobbying, which occurs when a company hires a person to convince and persuade members of Congress to pass a bill in the company's favor. Lobbying is very common inside the Military Industrial Complex, and it has created a system called the Iron Triangle.

Classical and Operant Military Conditioning Daniel Morrison Stanly Community College ENG 112 Mrs. Drake Mar. 10, 2023 Abstract When it comes to military training there are two different ways to train soldiers the operant or classical way. The operant way is where soldiers are trained but are not rewarded for completing something, and this is the method our military currently uses. The other method is classical in which a solider is trained, but gets a treat once completed the task. When it comes to these two methods there are always different viewpoints, such as the positives of using the two different types of training.
I feel that an internal affairs unit would be the most effective means for controlling police behavior. That being said, I also feel that a modified or blended internal affairs unit, law enforcement officers and civilians, would be able to provide the positives from both the internal affairs unit and civilian review board while attempting to mitigate some of the negatives. While I found the concept of a civilian review board intriguing, I had to wonder about the ability of civilians, likely with no law enforcement training or experience, to effectively judge the actions of an officer. It’s difficult for any person, law enforcement or civilian, to judge the choices made in the midst of a chaotic situation.
Military Presence From the United States There are many measures we must take and sacrifices we must make to ensure the safety and comfort within our nation, however, sometimes we must look at the precautions we are taking and wonder whether or not our methods are effective, reasonable, or even ethical. Although we need to protect our country, war and a strong military presence create more violence, communication barriers, and havoc than necessary or ideal. Due to the reports that there are veterans that do not receive the care they need from the VA because of the long wait list; this choice will allow veterans to see doctors outside of the VA. As a result, it will increase the government spending by $560 billion dollars and increases the national debt by 7% in the long-term due to the extended funding. The benefit of this option is that the veterans will have dependable services. but, the disadvantage of this is, the doctors from the private hospitals would be paid according to the operations they do.
