The economic benefit of unionization far surpasses the inherent loss of the organizations from what is supposedly deemed to be risk of forming labor unions. Unions have existed over centuries as far as labor wages have been there. In the 19th century, unions were deemed to be the major way in which workers could collectively negotiate on matters like improving their wages, working conditions and other aspects they deemed important. Labor unions seemingly have both their advantages which include the promotion of higher wages, provision of workers protection and collective bargaining.
