The optogenetics experiment utilizes genetically engineering neurons, which can be manipulated with pinpoints of light. The experiment provides the fly with different information. The new information, which the fly receives is integrated into a reactivated memory and when the memory is stored back, it changes. That is how the speaker implantes the so-called false or artificial.

After reading the scenario, I would research it as an instrumental case study. An instrumental case is subordinate to the examination of a specific subject, rewarding generalization or building theory (Psychology.iresearchnet.com, n.d.). The purpose of an instrumental case study is to describe, interpret, and analyze the experiences of the employees in relation to their low morale because of working with the new methods of handling project development.
One question I selected for this particular case study is the crisis in project development. The goal of the research would be to identify, describe, analyze, and interpret the negative impact of the new project development
