S.M.A.R.T. goal: I want to improve my English skills to get A+ GPA in English composition term.

Description: Now I am a student at an american university so that I need to grow in my education , I need to improve my English skills. By taking online course and reviewing tutorials, it only requires 30% of my daily time.
I am taking my third term now and I want to get English composition2 after this term.

Milestone: Complete an online course in three months.

Dead line: at the end of March ,2017

Specific: what I want to achieve?
I want to improve my English skills especially speaking and writing.

Why this goal important to me?

I need a laptop,strong internet connection to watch the learning video's and headphones.

Measurable:
I must acquiring the skills to become a strong student in English by "determining that I will have completed the necessary training courses and gained the relevant experience to what I need to learn "
In my next term I should be able to write suggestions and discuss everything with my instructors and classmates without being shy of my poor language.
I will use daily planner and make a list by calender to measure my progress.

Achievable:
How can I accomplish this goal?
I must have time to complete the required training effectively. I can set time asid every week to watch English tutorials on YouTube and I enroll in an online class that can teach me many new skills.
Can I afford to do it?
