A Real Estate Agent is one of the most important figures in the Real Estate Industry, they accommodate the clients who are trying to sell and or buy houses. However, in the industry there are many other job opportunities such as, foreclosure specialist, home inspectors, and real estate appraisers. A foreclosure specialist is usually found reclaiming a property back with the help from the bank when the homeowner has not properly paid their mortgage. On the other hand, a home inspector is someone who has the ability to determine the condition of households by observing the home and testing its components. Whereas, a real estate appraiser assists during the negotiations between renters, owners, buyers, and sellers. Overall, all these jobs are components in order to make the Real Estate Industry successful, that is why Real Estate is the way to go.

To work in such an independent job such as Real Estate, having independence is a must. Real Estate Agents have to be independent because they manage themselves, they create their schedules, and find their own clients to prosper in the Real Estate Industry. However, there is also another very important factor that is needed to become a Real Estate Agent and that is persuasion. Persuasion is a key factor when it comes to being a Real Estate Agent because it allows the agent to convince their clients into buying and or selling their homes for the right price. These skills are essential in the Real Estate career. Whereas, when applying for a job in the Real Estate Industry there are many more skills that are required, such as honesty, the basic communication skills, negotiation skills, being service oriented, and a market
