These people are hired because of their talent, skills, knowledge, and experiences to meet the goals and objectives of the organization. Pocahontas Memorial Hospital Strategic Initiative start with the proposal of new satellite clinics to increase accessibility for quality care for all of Pocahontas residents. In order be successful, PMH have to come up with a strategic plan to overcome the challenges. Developing satellite clinics will help reach many of Pocahontas residents that don’t have easy access to healthcare.
