At a Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania a waitress was fired. The waitress’s name was Ruth Hatton age 53, and had been working at this Red Lobster for 19 years (Carroll A. B., Buchholtz A. K. 2014). Hatton was fired for allegedly stealing a comment card from the Red Lobster, which according to management was against company policy. Red Lobster a company controlled by Darden Restaurants decided to put this case through a peer review process; in an attempt to avoid any legal action from Hatton, such as a law suit (Carroll A. B., Buchholtz A. K. 2014).
“Consider the Lobster,” by David Foster Wallace, explains in great detail how the lobster industry is celebrated in Maine and many other mid-coast regions. David F. Wallace mentions the region’s two main communities are Camden and Rockland whom host the festival every summer at Harbor Park with a pleasant view of the water. Las Playas Family Restaurant is appealing both in the atmosphere and the food. The murals on the walls, colorful booths and large fish tanks make one feel welcomed and entertained. Speaking of entertainment, the weekend karaoke and full bar make it the ideal spot to meet up with friends. The Mexican cuisine feels like grandma 's home cooking rather than upscale which is well received by locals looking for a satisfying meal. Fortunately, they do take reservations; this could save the guests a lot of time. My overall impression of Ruth’s Chris was awesome. I had a great experience dining in there. The hosts did a really good job on hospitality. Also, all the employees are all dress professionally, which makes me feel fresh and comfortable during dining.

Deciding where to eat is a difficult task in itself, but becomes even more difficult when choosing between two restaurants that offer almost the same variety of products. We are not talking about two fast food chains, but rather, two sit-down restaurants where you can enjoy your time with whomever you decide to take. It might be a little more expensive, but the food is better and the memories will last a lifetime. The two restaurants we will be comparing are Bob Evans and the International House of Pancakes or IHOP. Both are very appealing to the appetite of a hungry person and will fill you up pretty quick with their big portions.

There are several different places you can observe whether they are new to you in the Muncie area or if they are familiar to you from your hometown. I choose to observe servers at the Northwood Cinema Grill in Fort Wayne, Indiana because it is a place in my hometown that I love to visit. The Northwood Cinema Grill is a restaurant and a movie theater in one. When observing the Northwood Cinema Grill, I decided to observe two servers on Friday and one server on Saturday.
It is open during lunch and dinner hours. Inside, there are many tables that sit around the restaurant and are covered in white tablecloth and has flowers placed in a clear vase. The walls are bright coloured that create a vibrant mood as people enjoy their meals with an almost inaudible music.

I was so relaxed and got to really enjoy my food and drink not only was the service exceptional but I am craving it as we speak and have told my friends already about it. As having experience in serving I was very impressed with the quality and professional service I was never stressed at any point of my visit. But because I did go during a week day around lunch time I never got to see them in a busier setting so I cant speak for dinner rush but I do suggest lunchtime a great time to go if you want to relax.
On the way out the door, the hostess thanks them and says, "Come again. " That 's the perfect restaurant in my opinion. There are a lot types of restaurants in the world and choosing one of the best for everyone is the most difficult one. For me I like Korean food a lot. I like western food a lot.
