This essay is about a module called employability in the community sector, a lot of skills were taught in this module which I will reflect on. My reflection will focus on filling of job application form, presentation, group discussion, LinkedIn and networking, verbal reasoning test, strategic prioritisation test. For the purpose of reflection the essay shall be written in the first person. According to Hilsdon (2006) Reflection is more than a set of skills; it is an expression of the natural relationship that exists between learning and language. The purpose of reflection as stated by John's (1995) is to promote desired practice through the practitioner understands and learning about his or her lived experiences.

However the lists are endless but this are top ten employers are looking for in employees. These skills are important for all labour market participants to possess to ensure they have the ability of being effective in the workplace; it will benefit them, their employer and the wider economy (Kent University, 2015).
However, looking at the list I realise that I do not have all the skills employers want, but I can communicate well both verbal and written for am able to speak clearly and take note during presentation.
