Our life is always going to be filled with obstacles and hardships that will need to face. Throughout both semesters of my junior year there had been my thoughts that came to mind about the classes that I was enrolling in or how the year was going to turn out. In my mind, I developed this criteria that I wasn’t capable of taking an AP class because I always told myself that “I’m not smart enough” or just that “I’m not smart in general”. Also, because I would mostly compare myself to other students and constantly repeat to myself “how can they remember or understand that lesson so quickly that I” or “why don’t I understand the lesson?”. Especially by discussing about our futures and how we need to be prepared of what will be coming our ways when we graduate high school. Mr Koeler inspires us each day to do our best and has made a positive influence towards me because created strong bonds towards me and my peers by connecting with us. Also, by asking us about our days and what we had done during our weekends by just trying to see what we might be thinking or what might be occurring in our lives. And I want to thank Mr. Koeler for making each lesson an interesting and fascinating topic because instead of just handing us the work he took time to give a brief description and introduce what the chapter or topic may be discussing. Also, the other teacher’s I would love to thank is Daniel Tena and Jeanette McMahon. These two teachers have made a impact a to me as well by motivating me to do my best in my work. And by communicating straight forth with our material if it's wrong or right. Mrs. McMahon by showed her concern by each six weeks printing out transcript’s and checking everyone's grades if they’ll had a “C” or below. If she came across a “C” in my transcript she’ll motivate me to try and rise up that grade because she always told me that I’m capable for having all “A’s” if I set my mind to it. And Mr. Tena by developing a connection with his student's and hearing out our problems that we have and giving us feedback.
