Describe an experience you had as a member of a team?

An experience that I was involved with a team would be at work. I previously worked at Dynamite which is a women clothing store. I was a keyholder at my workplace, therefore, I had a team of girls to help me meet the goals for the day and the functionality of the store. To maintain a good relationship between the girls and the other managers would consist of communication that was filled with trust and honesty. At every start of any of the girls shift, we would give them a one-minute breakdown regarding what's expected for today and mentioning their goals. That being said; our store had radios as a communicator which then helps each other to find a specific style, sizes for customer and build the sales. Also, every hour that goes by a manager or cashier would let the team know where they are standing for the day and would continue to motivate to hit those goals. On specific day would have an important event to do for example; every Wednesday is markdown the clothing and set them in the sale section. Thursday is visual, changing mannequin's or the whole entire store. Tuesday is when we receive shipment. Markdown, visual and shipments consist a lot of teamwork because it cannot be done by just one person, it would be nearly impossible if there a deadline that needed to be met. I would proudly say that the team was very supportive, efficient and enjoyable to be around with because of the level of trust that was in the atmosphere. Working at dynamite as one of the managers could be very nerve-racking because I started out just as a cashier then had the opportunity to be promoted. In my mind, I was thinking of what if the girls wouldn’t respect
