The benefits of lectures include:
• timely response to learners’ misunderstandings or problems.
• create or engage interest in new information.

The educational strategy of questioning is the medium through which educator and learner can get feedback as to the effectiveness of the learning process. Questions are used to assess what the learner already knows about the topic and what knowledge the learner has gained. Questions also encouraged engagement at a higher level of thinking (Bastable, 2014).
Evaluation
According to Bastable, conducting an evaluations in education projects involves gathering, summarizing, interpreting, and using data to determine the extent to which an educational activity is efficient, effective, and useful for those who participate in that activity as learners, and teachers (2014).
