Richard P. Charboneau was murdered on March 9th, 2018 at around 4:33 pm. So Mrs. Stukey asked Mr.Charboneau to come down to the cave the primary crime scene as she sipped on her Mcdonalds Unsweetened Tea from lunch. Then suddenly Mrs. Stukey choked Mr.Charboneau with a plastic electrical cord around the neck. Explaining the Ligature marks on the neck from the autopsy reports and Mrs. Stukey agreed she had electrical wires in her classroom during interviews. Choking him from behind based on the way the bruising was wrapped around the neck. She was jealous of Mr.Charboneau. Maybe even killing him because of an argument about putting a bell on his classroom door. Which Mr. Chaney said he heard during his interview. She did not premeditate his murder. They left the Cups on the Crime scene on purpose because they tried framing someone for getting into their trash as they did in their interviews. When actually they only had them because they just had lunch. Since the murder happened at 4:33 pm. Also, that would explain the candy and orange peel found at the crime scene. Since they didn’t think about footprints and were rushed that would explain why the footprints were there. Then they rushed and made a poem on the crime scene to help lead the crime to Mr. Chaney. Why I believe this was not premeditated Is because footprints led to Mrs. Stukey, Mrs. Warden, and Mrs. Leonard meaning they didn’t think that part through enough. Also, they had very similar short responses when interviewing. So they probably quickly made up what to say explaining the short answers. I conclude from this evidence that Mrs.Stukey initially murdered Mr. Charboneau. Then Mrs.leonard and Mrs. Warden helped move and place the
