An IT/IS implementation strategy is the key factor for any Small Market Business because of the potential growth benefits. Implementing a reliable and secure network with Customer Relationship Management tools, Inventory Management Systems, and a Unified Communications system will improve overall efficiency and productivity. Rock Solid Industrial Part, Inc. will benefit by using these tools to improve marketing, sales, inventory, and accounting divisions.
