The Love Triangles of Romeo and Juliet
The love between Romeo, Juliet, and Paris is complex and full of family drama. Romeo falls in love with Juliet at first sight. William Shakespeare says that Romeo admits his love for Juliet by stating, “Call me but love, and I'll be baptized” (Shakespeare, Act 2, Scene 2, 80). Romeo claims that he loves Juliet. Shakespeare continues, Romeo has a dream and remarks that love rules his heart all day and he is cheerful (Shakespeare, Act 5, Scene 1, 248).
