The Capulets and the Montagues lived a long feud between each other. The feud between the two families causes chaos within the city of Verona, causing the relationship between Romeo and Juliet to be hopeless from the start. Therefore, the play expresses the danger of a love in which two people become the whole world to one another. It expresses itself in three ways; they betray their families, they do not know the true meaning of love, and they risk their lives being together.
