In Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare, Romeo is the cause of a lot of sorrow. Romeo Montague is the character most to blame for the tragic events in Romeo and Juliet because he bumped Paris off, he took his own life, and juliet took her own life because Romeo was dead. Romeo Montague is most to blame in part because he bumped Paris off (maybe from mrs. Lyons’ videos) . Romeo said: ”O Wilt thou provoke me? then have at thee, boy!”, then after the paige says something and after stage directions Paris says “O, I am slain!” They got unhappy with eachother, and they tried to hurt each other.
