This writer explained the reason for the intent to discharge due to the physical altercation and advised the patient, she can request a hearing to address the discharge. The patient refuses to fight the intent to discharge in writing because her responds was, " I wanted to leave here anyway." This writer was offended by the patient comment and address it immediately as the patient then apologized. Patient, again, was emotional and showed a lot of frustration about the whole altercation.
