1. Discovery (What Gives Life?)
There are several inspirational aspects that I found in this community, and one of them is hospitality of the leadership team to both insiders and outsiders. Even though the goal of my first visit was simply to observe communities outside of my own cultural context, I became immediately drawn to it because of its welcoming atmosphere and openness to strangers.
Since my engagement with this community is relatively new, I am going to discuss my first impressions from engaging with the leaders and missional ideas that I discussed with the pastoral team. While communicating with the leadership team and regular members of the church, I found that this community strives to be both missional and attractional.

2. Dream (What Might Be?)
I am going to choose the following open questions in order to outline an ideal place to be for this community.
a. In this exciting future, how are the people of God engaged in missional life? b. How do we build a bridge of trust between the church and surrounding culture? c.What seed (a key idea about missio Dei in urban context) might we plant together today that could make the most difference to reaching out to our neighbors in the city?
3. Design (What Should Be?)
"Christian community cannot be assumed; it must be cultivated intentionally, both within established congregations and with new neighbors" (Zscheile 2014, 5).
Cultivating missional community requires innovation as a part of learning process, which can bee done through a series of practices, spaces, and perspectives through which a new future might emerge. I intend to discuss the following open questions, which would help to find common ground and bring innovative ideas into practices.
a. What are the areas where you feel more people engagement could have the most impact on improving the witnessing of the good news in our
