My organization’s vision statement is to expand the servant leaders team of its dynamic multicultural, Multilanguage, congregation cross cultural faith-based social service ministry. With so many people of all nationalities, creeds, languages, and racial ethnicity, gathering under one roof at Trinity Church was only a beginning to realize its real purpose for being. Peter Senge supports this idea of the power of one in his book, The Fifth Dimension: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organizations. Several areas of ministry strive for growth and in need of expansion. These areas include the Bookstore, Creative Team, Greeters, Healthy U, Hosts, Spiritual Formation Team, Office Support, Parking Team, Peacemakers, Security, VIP Team, and the Worship Team. Through the participation of the Growth Track, every attendee will gain a better understanding of the foundational aspects of Trinity Church. Additionally, all attendees will acquaint themselves with story, vision, and values of why we exist as a church. Our purpose is to reach people with the life-giving message of Jesus Christ that they might experience a life of purpose and fulfillment that God always intended for them.
The focus is based on encouraging everyone to attend the weekly Growth Track. In doing so, everyone will connect with a group of people where lives can be touched through others. Additionally, the growth class is designed to help its participants become fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ and fulfilling leadership role on our team. There might be new style of worship music with acoustic sounds. Nurturing to our diversified ethnic groups in our congregation calls for changes. For example, “Builders like to worship in a “sanctuary,” with straight rows of pews, a pulpit, and dull lighting. Boomers prefer a “worship center,” with curved rows, something like a music stand rather than a pulpit, and theater lighting.
