Technology. That is all that people seem to rely on these days. Everyone has their phone out and everything has to be typed and turned in online. At the end of 1999, people were worried about losing everything because everything on computers was stored based on the last two digits of that year. People would not have worried as much if technology hadn’t run their lives. This does not mean that technology is a bad thing, it is really an outstanding invention. People can communicate with people halfway around the world in seconds because of technology! Now, there is the internet and our parents who are so willing to help. Now, “we are...programmed to someone giving us the answers.” With the easiness to find answers, students now see to be more willing to ask for help. However, asking for help is more like asking for the answer. However, being given the answers isn’t a bad thing. A student might not understand something and the only way to help them is to give them the answer. A teacher or parent doesn’t need to do all of the work, but if being given the answer, as long as the student is walked through the process, is an amazing thing. If more students start to understand the topic, scores go up and more students who get into college will graduate. As long as you start working on things you don’t understand instead of always Googling the answers, you will start to understand the topic more. Even if you still don’t understand the topic, you will be able to think for yourself and you will be able to think through tough
