Have you ever been in an interview and unsure how to answer a couple questions? Well, I have been there and it has been intimidating because I have been unsure how to go about answering a couple questions. Well, in this you will find out how I would go about answering a couple questions that tend to arise in interviews nowadays, which is beneficial because I would never have thought about these examples on the spot. When I start any type of task whether it be a college course or work, I set smaller goals until I reach the final goal. Let me start off by telling you about how I go about setting goals for school. First off, I look at my courses I enrolled in to determine if I will need to alter my study schedule towards one course. Once I determine the class or classes that will require more time, I begin to look at the material after the first day of classes. Upon looking at the course material, then I set smaller goals throughout the semester to make sure I retain the information and able to reimplement it. Thus, come to the final in the course I can reimplement the material, pass the final, and eventually pass the course with a high grade. That is how I go about setting goals for college and the coursework involved with learning the different materials. Now when it comes to setting goals for work, I only set a few and most of those goals are easily obtainable each. The common goal I set daily, which eventually became routine, is that I arrive 10-15 minutes before the business opens. One other goal I typically set, is that I try to learn something new each day from someone at work and utilize the newly obtained knowledge when I return to work. But overall, I try to set long term goals when it comes to work as well. Thus, it takes time for me to reach the bigger goals when it comes to the work force compared to coursework. Although setting goals is not difficult, I tend to think that my approach is slightly different than
