Bullying is a severe relationship problem where children use power through constant acts of intimidation and aggression to control others or make them feel powerless within their peer group. (2010).Peer aggression is considered to be intentional or negative behavior which can significantly affect the victim health and wellbeing and has been recognized as a severe problem in numerous different countries. Victimization not only effects the victim but also the bully and witness, Bulling has an impact on families, friends, education and the community, it can have short term and long term effects on children. Studies have shown that pupils which are bullied persistently in secondary school are likely to experience physical illness, sleeplessness and difficulties within school. Bullied children are more likely to have a variety of health problems than none bullied children and some people are at more risk than others, children with special educational needs are more vulnerable to bullying than others and are likely to have fewer friends than mainstream peers for example dysfluency and stammering these children are often reluctant or unable to participate verbally in school situation often causing them to seem withdrawn from peer groups. Men that have been bullied at school often have problems in trust and intimacy as an adult and boys bullied between the ages of 13 and 16 years are likely to show depressive tendencies and continue to have low self-esteem at the age of 23.
