Marijuana—also called weed, herb, pot, grass, bud, ganja, Mary Jane.Marijuana is a flower that originally comes from Central and South Asia. Marijuana can be used medically and personal use which is against the law. A lot of people are trying to get marijuana legalized for both uses. So the question for the government is that should marijuana be legalized . Marijuana should be legalized because marijuana replaces addictive pharmaceuticals, it is less harmful than alcohol or nicotine, cocaine, heroin and, it has been successfully used to cure Alzheimer's.
The first reason is because marijuana replaces addictive pharmaceuticals. According to www.attn.com “Of the 473 adult cannabis users surveyed by the Centre for Addictions Research of British Columbia, more than 86 percent of respondents reported giving up one or more of the substances for pot, with the majority (80.6 percent) forgoing pharmaceuticals for the non-toxic alternative.” If you have more people using the prescription drugs then they’ll eventually start abusing the prescription drugs. “Those under 40 people were also more likely to substitute all three for cannabis, demonstrating its dynamic appeal for both recreational and medical purposes”(www.attn.com).
