Many could say that Romeo and Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu, aren’t really similar. Although, one might say that they both have an idea of what it feels like to be lovesick. Lao Tzu once said, “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”(Brainy Quote). Romeo and Juliet is one of the most famous plays, and was written by William Shakespeare. Romeo is one of the main characters in the play, not only is he lovesick, but he is also kind-hearted and caring for another, especially when it comes to his love Juliet.
