They have people-oriented culture. They value fairness and the individuals. Everyone is a manager at the Lincoln Electric, and individual's performance affects to the company’s success. Employees are also the owner of the company. They take their work seriously as the owner of the company. It’s very similar style of Starbucks. I have come to the conclusion because of the following facts: 1.the continuing influence of the founders of the company There are many influence of the founders of the company. All the rules and regulations, norm were made by James Lincoln, such as providing health benefits and social activities, a stock purchase plan for all employees. Also, his philosophy, such as value of the individuals, no layoffs is inherited. It
