Our district is very focused on increasing our technology. Our district’s mission statement says: “The vision of the Warrior Run School District is to create an environment where students are able to recognize their highest potential. This will be achieved through a process of continual review of our defined goals in accordance with the Pennsylvania Academic Standards. As a district we will prepare students to meet the various challenges they will encounter throughout their lives. Our achievements will become an avenue for the ongoing development of a highly successful school district as we advance towards the demands of the 21 century.”
For the purpose of our project, this will be carried out in two stages. The first stage will be done through online research of all the available data aligned to culture, performance, student population, student needs, academic programing, budgeting, community, identified challenges, facilities, district goals, STEAM/STEM programming and relevant needs. That data will be use to inform our understanding of current educational programming, and the initial school plan will be developed identifying the unique programming that will be specific to the 30901 Charter. SCS teachers, parents and community leaders worked diligently to develop a high-leverage priority to focus on efforts and resources for the next 10 years. Goals set before the collaborative team were clear, reviewed and updated. Although 2025 is in the future, the work is happening to produce engaged and prepared students (SCS, 2015). The productive systems are accountable, created and connected to the goals. Members of the collaborative group understands and talk about their goal-centered accountability.

A teacher and parent survey will be used to help measure the effectiveness of the school educational program. The strengths and weaknesses from the survey would be used to identify school goals, along with consensus building. Consensus building will allow for everyone voice to be
The district wide data system allows teachers to compile data by classroom and content areas to identify patterns in performance. The district’s purpose in gathering data is to identify trends and gaps and to determine student and staff learning needs in light of our district’s annual student achievement goals. The data is utilized by the district’s Curriculum and Instruction team to identify where need and support is needed and to review curriculum. My school’s building leadership team, including my principal, instructional coach, and Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), analyzes our own building’s data in light of the district’s student improvement goals to look for areas that need improvement and to create annual student improvement goals for our building. This data is then presented to our building staff.
With these funds the program is able to benefit not only children, but the families and community involved. Equal Access to Education Plan for Bell School Alexander Graham Bell School of Communication, Language, and Culture, is currently falling short of living it to its name. While the stakeholders of Bell school are quite diverse culturally and linguistically, the school itself has failed in utilizing effective communication in order to mobilize the community (its strongest and most important resource) to come together to allow all students to have equal access to education. The following writing outlines a plan designed to improve communication between the school and stakeholders in order to improve public relations and thus garner the support of the community at large for programs that will allow equal access to education for all students
The English department teachers will need to support this plan if it is to be put into the high school. Many of the English teachers recognize that students misunderstand what they are reading and that they need help that is not offered in regular English classes. A large problem is that teachers have little room to help students because the many rules, tests, and due dates that teachers are required to have and cannot find the time to help improve the student’s learning ability.

According to Sherry F. Colb, (Judge Frederick Lacey Scholar at Rutgers Law School), she believes that “prostitution should not be a crime”. She believes that prostitution shouldn’t be labeled crime because no one is committing an inherently harmful act. This is called crimes without victims. Nevada being the only stated in American that legalizes prostitution, Nevada permits Prostitution only licensed brothels, which is in eight counties within that state. In addition to that, other counties and outside of brothels where prostitution is legal, “prostitution and solicitation are considered a misdemeanor crimes” in state of Nevada.
