Jobs even said so himself, “Getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me.” (175) After hitting a major low, Apple knew they needed Jobs back, and when he came back he made it great again. While Jobs was coming up with new products for Apple in 2003, he found out he had pancreatic cancer. At first he didn’t want anyone to know, but then it got worse so he had to tell the public. Steve Jobs had overcome many difficult situations in his life, but cancer wasn’t one of them. Although he never stopped living his life, he couldn’t win this fight. He kept innovating technology till the very end, he even released the iPhone and the iPad during his final years. On October 5th 2011, the world mourned the great Steve Jobs all over the world.
