After I watched the video of Steve Jobs and Henry I found out what made them successful.
A charismatic innovator of the personal computer era, Steve Jobs. Jobs established Apple Inc. and turned it into a telecommunications industry leader. He oversaw the introduction of ground-breaking products like the iPod and the iPhone, both of which are widely regarded as geniuses and visionaries. The most well-known brand in technology is Apple. Apple has very few rivals despite producing many incredible goods. Steve Jobs is the driving force behind the company's growth and success.

Entrepreneur Henry Ford established the Ford Motor Company and helped it develop into a hugely prosperous company.
