Although he didn’t start this company by himself but indeed took help from his family for funds so now he looks this as a side family business.
He is a highly professional hair stylist who loves grooming his hair and mostly his beard and mustache. He has collaborated with many celebrated like Ana Beatriz Barros, Lily Cole, Union J, VV Brown, Iggy Azalea, Carmen Chaplin, Aiden Grimshaw, Zebra Katz,The Courteeners, Karin Park, Ben Whishaw, Toby Stephens, Jade Thompson, Ellie Goulding and Louise Thompson. John has also worked at London, Paris, Milan and New York Fashion week
This salon receives about 7-10 customers during a day so in a week they get around 50 and in a month approximately about 200 customers. During interview john said this business is just a small family side business and very smooth running business with decent profit. In addition, John does not entirely rely this business for source of income so John works for another company known as “The London Style Agency” as a professional hair

In any case, because of the way of the business, the interest levels are generally dependably the same since there is little advancement that organization can abuse. Indeed, even in this way, The organization are searching for approaches to increase upper hand by presenting their own brand products such as “Mr. Mullans” This could be positive perspective to The organization since it doesn't need to always show signs of change its creation base, accordingly, sparing expenses.
Visibility L Customers will be not able to see as the main cutting area is inside another room through the corridor. Higher skill and experience is indeed needed in staffs, as some customers expect a better standard of service in general.
Variety H Many products from “Windle & Moodie”. Owner, John Mullan’s own products such as “Mr. Mullans”. Where as, they provide variety of services to customers from cutting, coloring, highlighting and etc.
Customers are able to choose their hair stylist and consult for free. In spite of the fact that there will be higher expenses due to products and services as all staffs have different charging rate.
The Organization will permit itself to oblige different client's needs and requests.
