ENFJ Personality Paper Francis J. Ricchiuto South University ENFJ Personality “The Protagonist” Charisma, passion, reliability, as well as tolerance are the character traits that natural born leaders possess especially leaders that have the ENFJ personality type (Deida, 2017). Globally the ENFJ personality, also referred to as the extroverted personality type, is around two percent of the worlds current population and they include our politicians, coaches, and teachers. The protagonist is often referred to as the ENFJ personality and are often considered motivational, outgoing, and take immense pride in promoting teamwork to improve their community and self. Examples of this personality type include Barrack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Ben Affleck, and John Cusack all of which have inspired everyday citizens to go out and accomplish their dreams and be more than just another statistic (Deida,2017). Throughout this paper I will point out strengths and weaknesses associated with the ENFJ personality type and discuss an appropriate plan of action in an effort to correct my weaknesses and utilize my strengths to gain the utmost success as an APRN (Deida, 2017). Strengths Unlike other personality types, the ENFJ personality has strengths which are solely unique to them. Tolerance is the willingness to accept other opinions or behaviors that one does not necessarily agree with, and tend to be very open to new ideas if these ideas remain useful to the task at hand.
