The Jung Typology Assessment concluded that my personality type was considered a ESFJ type. According to the results, it says my personality is Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. We are called "a provider." Although after ready your results, I could see myself being a ENFJ as well. We share similar traits.

What high school student wants to come to school, in full uniform, during break to hear about leadership? Certainly not me. As a senior, my teachers urged me, with incredible persistence, to attend. I eventually caved and went.
ISTJ is the personality type I have always received when I have taken a test to determine my personality style when using a test with the Jung’s and Briggs Myers’ theories of personality types. When reading through what an ISTJ tends to be I see a lot of what I am in the description. Whether it be in what social situations I prefer to be a part of or how I perceive people. I also see how I make decisions, the values I hold for myself, and how I set up goals in the description of what makes an ISTJ. I found out what I wanted to major in as well by taking one of these tests and seeing what fields ISTJs excel at.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze and relate Robert Herjavec’s personality to the openness to experience dimension in the five factor model of personality. I will begin by introducing who Robert Herjavec is as a successful entrepreneur, and then I will explore his business career and some of the highlights in his life over the years. I will then describe the five factor model of personality and analyze the openness to experience dimension. I will introduce a few studies that show the characteristics associated with the openness to experience dimension has been shown to have a significant correlation to successful individuals in the business world.
Once completing multiple personality tests; thus I was finally able to confirm ESTJ as my personality type. Since I was getting unsuited suggestions of career choices, I retook the test until ESTJ was able to fit more of my interests and viewpoints. The 16 Personalities Test results gave me a more detailed description of who I am and insight on my personality traits. It has helped me figure out aspects that can help me get a better understanding of myself.

Personality is defined as the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual 's unique character. Personality theory is the approaches to understanding the “What”, “How” and “When” of characteristics and features that make up an individual 's personality. An insight into personality is important to understand the function of a person’s mind. By doing this you would be able to understand and observe your own psyche from an outside perspective, interact with others better and understand why they do what they do or predict how someone may react to something. My personality can be describe as Introverted since I am reserved, practical and quiet.
