What is stress? Stress is a state of mental or emotinal strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding situations. In other wordds stress sucks. It puts strains on relationships, health, and can cuase bad things. Stress is caused by multiple things happening in a persons life and can result in terrible things happening in that persons life.
The most common age group with the largest amount of stress are millnails next to them is the Gen Xers (ages 34-47). 44% of people think that their stress has risen over the last five years, the economy, health, and money are some causes of this. The number one cause of stress in America is money. More than 1/3 of children say they have health problems due to stress. 40% of Americans rate their health rate their health as good as excellent, 54% agreee physical activity is important and only 27% were happy with their amount of

Stress causes headaches,muscle tension or pain, chest pain, fatigue, upset stomach, and sleep problems all to your body. It makes the bearer of stress very uncomfartable and causes serious problems to your body. It can also cause anxiety, restlessness, lack of motivation or focus, felling overwhelmed, anger, irrilabillty, sadness, and depression to your mood, making you moody and it might cause it to hurt the people around you. It puts strains on your emotions generating you to be more of one emotion than you usually are. Stress can also cause overeating or undereating, angry out bursts, drug or alchohol or tobaco abuse, social withdraw, and less exercising to your daily life. Stress is not beneficial for your health, relationships, or life. it can aslo cause the female reproductive system to have some problems as well, for some women stress may cause irregular or missed periods, As stress levels rise there's a cahnce that a period will temporarly stop. Personally I've never experienced any of these probelms except for under eating and
