Regarding the validity of the article, Kazmierski himself already brings in reliability through his title as president and CEO of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN). EDAWN is a program in partnership with the government which focuses on bringing jobs and diversity to the economy. With a job which focuses heavily on jobs and the economy, Kazmierski’s points made on the teaching job vacancy can be regarded as more insightful than from someone not well versed in that field. Even with his credibility, Kazmierski can slightly distract from his main points with his use of generalizations in his article.
