Mini habits is a self-help book written by Stephen Guise. Stephen Guise is driven by his desire to find the most effective behavior change strategies. The main idea of Mini habits is very simple. Big things are too hard to do consistently, but small things are easy to do. Small everyday goals drift into habits and yield results.
Why Mini habits
Right from the get go the title of the book grabbed my attention. We all like small action with bigger results. The art work on the cover page brilliantly illustrates the tittle of the book.

(Guise, 2013). The major cencept in mini habits is setting very small goals and accomplishing them consistently. Mini habits are too small to fail. (Guise, 2013). The author uses the 1 push up a day example, if all you have you have to do is a push up a day, it almost impossible to fail. You almost always end up putting in extra reps since this is something that you have always wanted to accomplish. You are assured of results each time you accomplish your mini goal. In mini habits you do not have to move the sun and the moon everyday you just have to do something. Setting and accomplishing mini goals doesn’t only foster mini habits, it enable massive actions over time. According to Guise, “ doing a little bit everyday is enough to grow into a long life fundation habit. (Guise, 2013). Since goals are so
