In the article “Teachers, Students, and Sleep” by Dave Stuart Jr., it was found that “If my students sleep better, I bet they’ll self-motivate better” (qtd. in Stuart 1). In this article, they conducted a study to prove that the more sleep a student gets, the better they will focus in their classes. There are multiple different factors that determine how well someone sleeps at night including cell phone activity, the food you eat and the time you go to bed. Stuart states that “regular exercise helps us sleep better, as does a regular meal time, as does a regular bed time” (qtd. in Stuart 1).
