Competitors have a huge impact, it can lead another organization toward failure, if don’t compete with them. For example, the competitors can have better services, Up-to-date equipment, well experienced professionals such as nurses, doctors or other technicians and better environment for both employees and patients. Therefore, it is important to identify the competitor, and their services and equipment to provide better services and good quality of care for patients. Also, it is important to understand the patients’ needs and demand and act accordingly to keep them satisfied. In addition, the hospital should “differentiate” itself from competitors to make patients come back (Marketing Donuts, 2018, para.1). The good way to differentiate is to practice more spirituality in the workplace.
