Demographical Segmentation The target group that Samsung is interested in is men and women of ages 18 to 29 and 30 to 50+ years old depending on the need of use and the series. Their income is middle and upper class. College or school students and business people. Religion, family status and education are irrelevant factors. Phychographical Segmentation It is referring to individuals who enjoy technology and are tech savvy’s. To people who can afford to buy smartphones and vary in lifestyle choices. The app gives the opportunity to upload a photo with fun or location filters in the “story” and let your friends see it for only 24hours. The users can also see the snap stories of their friends. In the app there are some societies that upload news and fun content for the users like Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, Vice etc. Also, every day a new worldwide live story is uploaded in which users from all over the world can see some themed events. Snapchat is a un way of communicating with friends. The concept – the adventure In two main cities in Greece (Athens & Thessaloniki) with starting points of the adventure Syntagma square and Aristoteles square are going to be 10 locations containing 1 clue. The clue is going to lead to the next location. The last location (a stand in a secret location) will contain the prices. The way to get the prices and to proceed to the next location is going to be by adding Samsung A5 account in Snapchat and sending there a selfie with the stand in each location with a location filter on. Then, by the Samsung account a text message that will contain clues is going to be sent to the people in order to find the next location in the city. The last stand is going to have a snap code on it that will automatically display the price. The trick is going to be to understand from the encrypted text the next location to go there and take a
