Social Clothing Business Plan MISSION STATEMENT We chose this name because it represents Manitoba. We are a Manitoba based company, so we named our company Social Clothing because Manitoba is the only province with "socials", therefore it is something unique to Manitoba. Our objective is to create a community and bring people together in Manitoba/Winnipeg using our clothing. We provide our customers with comfy, stylish clothing and only the best customer service. COMPANY HISTORY TO DATE We have always wanted some type of clothing brand that was unique to Manitobans, something that we could relate to and get involved in, that’s how Social Clothing was created. Social Clothing is a new business that started in February 2018. We are based in Niverville, Manitoba and want to provide people with comfy, stylish clothing that will bring communities together using our clothing. Our first major milestones will be securing funds and setting up our business. This is our major focus right now. As co-owners, we would like to see the growth of our store with an increase in product lines. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE As a small business, we will have a small staff. All owners will assume leadership roles within the company and will be responsible for daily operations, overseeing marketing efforts, buying merchandise and managing inventory and all other administrative duties.
