We are a Manitoba based company, so we named our company Social Clothing because Manitoba is the only province with "socials", therefore it is something unique to Manitoba. Our first major milestones will be securing funds and setting up our business. This is our major focus right now. As co-owners, we would like to see the growth of our store with an increase in product lines. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE As a small business, we will have a small staff. All owners will assume leadership roles within the company and will be responsible for daily operations, overseeing marketing efforts, buying merchandise and managing inventory and all other administrative duties. FINANCIAL PLAN REQUIREMENTS Booming Boutique will need $500 - $600 to get our business off the ground.
