Sleep is fundamental to the human body, and being absent from sleeping is a problem. Due to the fact, sleep varies from person to person, people might not require more sleep than the next. By constructing finer choices about rest, everyone can improve their overall performance. In addition to making finer choices about rest, it also improves mental and physical health. To make superior choices about sleep, remember these three important factors: no sleep debt, napping, and being mentally healthy.

First, is sleep debt; by not having sleeping debt, people’s sleep and performance will improve. Source 1, says that “sleep debt is when someone sleeps fewer hours than the body needs.” It additionally remarks in Source 1 that “How sleep debt works is when someone routinely loses sleep or when they choose to sleep less than needed, the sleep loss adds up. For example, if somebody loses two hours of sleep each night, they have a sleep debt of 14 hours after a week.” Comprehensively, this demonstrates that if everyone sleeps when needed and doesn't have sleep debt, everyone's overall performance will improve.
