Taking A Look At Hershey's Chocolate

Hershey's chocolate is one of the most famous brands of chocolate, and still one the most famous chocolate brand. Hershey’s Chocolate was invented by a man named Milton S. Hershey which paid a really big role making the company. He owned a caramel company before his famous chocolate company. Everyone loved him and his caramel. His spirit was lifted by this, and that is what made him think of starting a chocolate company in 1886. Then one day in 1894, his wish came true. He invented the Hershey's cocoa, the very first Hershey’s product ever. That is the day that the famous Hershey’s brand was born. In modern day, people don’t even think about eating something. But, if that thing that you were eating wasn’t invented, that could change the world.

The original recipe for the S’more is the same as today. The recipe included Hershey’s Chocolate. For those Girl Scouts inventing S’mores, Hershey’s Chocolate made even more money. Milton never thought of the idea of a S’more. When the S’mores were invented, he said that he was honored to have his chocolate being used in the first ever S’more.

Right before Milton passed away in 1945, he donated all of his money to the company, the town, charitable schools, and charitable institutions. He died on October 13, 1945 at 88 years old. He suffered a terrible case of Pneumonia. One of the last things he said to his company was, “When, or if, you make more Hershey’s Chocolate, keep the Hershey’s square design.” Those are some of the final words that Milton Hershey said in his life. That one place is called Hershey’s Chocolate World. There, you learn all about the history of the chocolate. When you enter, there is a building that says factory on it. There, you go into it to make your own chocolate bar, with the same, original chocolate as we eat today. The toppings included everything that has been on a Hershey’s Bar ever. Those ingredients include: Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chocolate chips, almonds, and just plain chocolate. You could even add things inside you custom bar like caramel and the famous Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup. In the past few months, they created something new called Hershey’s Gold. In that bar there is no chocolate. At the “factory” in Hershey's Chocolate World, you can now use the Hershey’s Gold bar as your main ingredient for your custom
