A strength for a Target customer is that they can file a cause of action against Target Corporation. A weakness for most customers is that the suit can only be filed in the state of Minnesota by a licensed Minnesota attorney. The weaknesses for the consumer in Target’s terms and conditions become a strength for Target as a business because the terms and condition limit the liability from a cause of action.
