In Early Childhood Education a preschool teacher’s role is to benefit and teach kids in a safe, beneficial environment. The teacher's role is to make sure all the students understand or get the help needed to help better understand important concepts that they will be learning to help them as they get older. The teacher should make sure the kids feel comfortable enough to express themselves and be themselves so they can let their creativity out and help grow their social skills with other kids around them. Your role is to make sure you're able to see every kid whether it's on the playground or inside. You need to make sure all the kids are counted for going in and out and make sure all kids are being safe and know the rules of the playground or inside activities. Being a teacher doesn't mean you always have to be serious, you can have fun with the students as well and be able to teach and keep them safe. As a teacher that has fun with their students, you start to grow bonds with them so playing with the kids during free time is always okay as long as you have everything ready and organized as you should the day before. As a teacher, you should have your lesson plan planned out a week before you have to teach it and have everything ready and organized for your lessons a day before the lesson so everything moves smoothly. As a student that wants to go into early childhood education my hopes and expectations for the children in my classroom are that they know that I am a safe person to come to for help and that my classroom is a safe, fun, beneficial classroom that the kids and myself have fun learning while keeping everyone safe and making sure everyone knows what they are …show more content…

Another thing as a teacher is to have fun and make things fun while learning. Be more active and willing to make bonds with your students as well as make sure they're safe and beneficially learning. As a teacher, your goal is to make sure the kids are understanding what you're teaching but having fun is also an important part of growing up. This can help the kids grow their social skills and creative mindsets. As growing up and going through school I learned from other teachers that it's always okay to ask for help or they’ve reached out and asked me if I needed any help. This helped me build bonds with teachers and feel safer talking to them about things and asking questions when confused. This also helped me when I was younger to precipitate in class because I was confident and felt safe enough to do so. I also learned a lot better when I was having fun and found so many different ways to do things and it still is right. Growing up this has shown that this was a key thing in teaching as it benefited me as a student and helped the teachers teach and get the kids to understand the lesson in a safe environment. There are so many different things to teach planning and organizing the lessons themselves, the students, safety, fun, creativity, and a welcoming classroom. These
