The occupation I chose is a teacher. I would love to be a teacher since it seems like so much of fun! Along with that, I can relate to why I want to be a teacher since I used to play school all the time with my friends, and even my siblings. On top of that, I help my younger brother, Ryan , with his homework and projects when he has trouble. I helped teach him how to write properly, too. Due to the fact of my mom being a lefty and the whole rest of the family are righties. The greatest feeling is knowing you helped someone, that’s why I love helping people. Some schools that educate upcoming teachers are Stanford University, Harvard University, and Rutgers University. Also, learning teachers can find teachers that will let them help teach and give them tips and facts about their occupation.On top of that is a required test, which in New Jersey, is the Praxis test. In every state, there is a different test required to take to be a certified teacher in that certain state. Plus, you will need to student teach before you actually become a teacher. A bachelor's degree is required to become a teacher, which is four years of college. Sometimes, your school will pay a depending percent of the money for you to attend back to college to receive your master's
