Introduction and Case Study
The purpose of this research is to study the organization of the Texas Rangers. The strategies used to study this organization will the SWOT analysis. These concepts are important because it shows where the organization is doing well, where the organization is weak so that they can improve, profits where they can improve or succeed (The Case Study as a Research Method). Finally, The SWOT Analysis shows where the organizations threats are, threats that can end the organized or severely limit it.

Nolan Ryan had a long stint in Texas, and is considered one of the greatest pitchers to ever exist. Ryan was the head of the franchise, and was the President and CEO of the organization (Neumann, 2015).
• When many people think of Texas baseball, they see the image of Nolan and the Ventura fight. Alioth fighting may not be something worth being thankful for to contemplate an association that is not the situation. They see an old gritty Texan, beating and young Ventura. As of currently you can only watch the Rangers game on Fox Sports Southwest. However some providers do not broadcast that channel. They could likewise figure out how to stream to cell phones to claim those that don't have the channels accessible. Secondly would be to capitalize on their team's success when possible. The previous time the Rangers succeed in this, it was in 2010. That's the year the Rangers went to the World Series, and this is when the world saw the organization. If they could find something to market, they could have another great year like 2010. Thirdly, if the team can achieve the minorities they don't reach to amid their promotion days, for example, the college school days. There are many big universities in the DFW and appealing to them all would increase ticket sale and merchandise for those days. Finally, would be to insure the front office's success. The last time the Rangers had front office troubles, they filed for bankruptcy due to the owner taking too many loans out. In all, the organization would have unbelievable success if they could make these
